Our mission is to build the capacity of children and youth to become new leaders in the development of their community.

 Intensive trainning in libraby research, public speaking, event planner, civic, voter and enviromental education, peer mentoring and college preparition.

 YLD provides activities throughout school year and summer. These activities are design to meet vital development needs of young people aged 14 to 20.
